Call for Speaker Proposals – 2027 IAWJ Biennial Conference

The International Association of Women Judges (IAWJ) is pleased to invite speaker proposals for its 18th Biennial Conference, to be held in Québec City, from May 18–21, 2027: Call for Speaker Proposals Opens for the 18th IAWJ Biennial Conference

Centered on the theme “Women Judges: Strong and Free” this conference will explore the many ways judicial leaders embody strength, independence, and resilience in their work. We welcome dynamic, thought‑provoking presentations that inspire dialogue and highlight leadership across all levels of the judiciary.

Proposals are invited from IAWJ members—including Justices, Judges, and Magistrates—as well as Amicus Judicii (Friends of the IAWJ), experts, and academics. Submissions should align with the conference’s plenary sub‑themes and may take a variety of engaging formats.

The detailed Call for Speaker Proposals and Speaker Proposal Submission Form are attached below.

We look forward to your contributions and to showcasing a diverse range of perspectives at this important global gathering.
