Our biennial conference, Judging in a Time of Change, is just around the corner!

As part of our longstanding (and much-loved!) tradition, we’ll be hosting a silent auction during the conference. It’s always a highlight – full of friendly competition, wonderful surprises, and a lot of laughter. Most importantly, proceeds support our projects and sponsorship initiatives.

In order to streamline the donation drop off process donors are asked, if possible, to complete their donation form, in duplicate, in advance, bringing both forms with them when they drop off their items (leaving the item # blank). One copy will go with the donated item on the table with a bid sheet, and the other copy will be used to record payment at the close of the auction.

We thank all of our donors for their generosity and assistance – having the forms completed in advance will save time for the volunteers at drop off and hopefully allow everyone to get to the welcome reception on time!
