Centre for Forensic Behavioural Science & Justice Studies Public Forum

The Centre for Forensic Behavioural Science & Justice Studies, in collaboration with the Colleges of Law, Medicine, Nursing, and Arts and Science at the University of Saskatchewan, is pleased to announce that the CFBSJS Public Forum will be held on March 20, 2025, at the University of Saskatchewan. The theme for this year’s forum is Improving the Lives of Mothers in Prison.

The public forum will be held March 20, 2025 (1-4pm), at the University of Saskatchewan.  Attendance can be in person or online.  If you want to attend online, please email: [email protected] to obtain a link.

One of the presenters is a Robin Hansen, a faculty member of the College of Law.  Her book, Prison Born: Incarceration and Motherhood in the Colonial Shadow, was recently published by U of Regina Press: https://uofrpress.ca/Books/P/Prison-Born
