The Agenda for the CCIAWJ 2025 AGM is now posted on our website in the Members section (Member Content – Meeting Notices & Agendas). The meeting will be held on June 24, 2025 at 7:00 pm EDT on Zoom. The Zoom link is included in the Agenda.

Just a reminder that if you will not be attending the AGM please complete a proxy and provide it to a member who will be attending. If you will be attending the AGM, and another member has given you their proxy, please provide a copy of the proxy in advance of the AGM to CCIAWJ Secretary, Siobhan Monaghan.

The Minutes from our 2024 AGM are attached to the Agenda.  They will be submitted for approval at the AGM – if you identify any required amendments, please contact CCIAWJ Secretary, Siobhan Monaghan.
