The meeting will be held on June 12, 2024 at 3:15 pm in Quebec City.

If you cannot attend in person but would still like to participate, please email Diana Cameron for a Zoom link – Diana’s email address is included in the Agenda, which is also posted in the Members section.

Just a reminder that if you will not be attending the AGM please complete a proxy and provide it to a member who will be attending. If you will be attending the AGM, and another member has given you their proxy, please provide the CCIAWJ Secretary, Gisele Miller a copy of the proxy in advance of the AGM. Gisele’s contact information is included in the AGM notice posted in the Members section.
