The Agenda for the CCIAWJ 2024 AGM is now posted on our website in the Members section (Member Content – Meeting Notices & Agendas). The meeting will be held on June 12, 2024 at 3:15 pm in Quebec City.

If you cannot attend in person but would still like to participate, please email Diana Cameron for a Zoom link – Diana’s email address is included in the Agenda.

Just a reminder that if you will not be attending the AGM please complete a proxy and provide it to a member who will be attending. If you will be attending the AGM, and another member has given you their proxy, please provide the CCIAWJ Secretary, Gisele Miller a copy of the proxy in advance of the AGM. Gisele’s contact information is included in the AGM notice posted in the Members section.

The Minutes from our 2023 AGM are now posted in the Members section (Member Content – Meeting Minutes).  They will be submitted for approval at the AGM – if you identify any required amendments, please contact CCIAWJ Secretary, Gisele Miller.
